Are there any dental clinics for a low income single woman in SJ based on a sliding scales?

I work with a nice lady who makes about 7 dollars an hour, as a short order cook and her teeth are breaking off and rotting. She's very depressed in general and this is making her smile less. People are meaner to her because of how she looks. Rotten teeth and having no money to do anything about it can't make life any better. I feel bad, because I've been there, sort of before, with bad teeth and feeling like even having one cavity filled will break the bank, let alone a mouth full of root canals. I was able to finance my dentisty, luckily. She is in a situation 10X worse than mine. I'm sure nobody will let her finance, so I need to find a dentist in S. Jersey will do this work based on a sliding scale. This lady is seriously depressed and I feel like this could be one more problem to put her over the edge. Teeth are a necessity and having a mouth full of rotting painful ones cannot possibly make life any easier. Anybody know of any way to help?

Here is a link for several sources in South Jersey. If you can modify your question by adding the town, I may be able to provide more direction.
