Sitting in the chair !! I am dental phobic, lol but true.

What are the problems encountered in dental clinic ?
be more specific... i work at a dental office, i could let you know if you weren't so general
Reply:They refused my insurance, although I was covered. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket because I needed a root canal. Finally, they cleared up the insurance, and they were supposed to pay me the difference because the insurance co. had paid them....fast forward 6 months later, I get half of my money, then another month for the remainder. Cheap but shitt.y service.
Reply:nervousness, the wait, not being able to get the area deadened.
Reply:As a dentist, student, employee or patient???
Reply:I really dislike it when the dentist assistant really hates the dentist and once out of the room the assistant will tell you- the patient- not to do what the dentist says!! That's makes me feel uneasy.
