we are opening a dental clinic. delta dental required a sterilization log to have in the office.
is this log prepared by the office staff ?

You need to be able to prove that you are properly sterilizing instruments just in case you are ever sued by a patient (for example, a patient could contract hepatitis %26amp; try to blame you for it). You would document loads run through your autoclave, stuff like that. Also, you need to do a spore test every so often. You would need to document doing those tests %26amp; what the results were.
