she is unemployed and in school so she is going to one of those cheap/free dental clinics but she is telling me they neep proof of my employment because she lives with me. I say they shoudnt have to have my information. I think of it like we could be roomates why would I give that information to a roommate? Dont get me wrong I will give it to her if they really need it. But I can see me getting some huge bill for work done on her.

No they do require that for assistance. You would not be responsible for the bill.
