My roommate's mouth is all swollen from a toothache, but he has no insurance.
Isn't there a free dental clinic in Charlotte NC for people who don't have dental insurance?
Is there a dental school around you?? Nothing is free...although a l ot of dentists will let you make payments

UNC dental school might be a possibility. Otherwise I would recommend talking to the school's nurse who should know or the local emergency room who might be able to refer you.
