Try the State Medical System, it's called Denti-Cal


It pays for restoration of front teeth. But it doesn't pay to well to restore the back teeth.

You could try your local Health Department. I know it might differ by state, but I think they can point you in the right direction even if they can't offer you the service.
Reply:Check with a local community group to see if they can direct you to a clinic that does free cleanings. Many colleges and universities have them, if you don't mind having your teeth cleaned by a student.
Reply:If there is a college with a dental school near you they should have clinics where the work is done by students. Or some dentists have their own financing and you pay monthly payments.
