ask a legal aide lawyer what you can do they are free to people who cant afford a lawyer and good luck
Reply:Assuming you are in the US - well, you can always sue.

God bless America?

However, that doesn't mean you'll win or that anyone

would even hear your case.

If you have the advice of other doctors saying that they

think your surgeon acted with negligence or indifference

(or hell, malice), then you betcha.

If you have a credible enough case, don't be surprised

if his lawyers settle out of court.

See a lawyer, though. This is not a small claims

court suit - get someone you trust.
Reply:this sounds like a hand job here...first no dentist at a clinic would tell you to just not open your mouth for a couple months...second when you say jaws lock do you mean your jaw is wired shut or the medical condition lock jaw...and if you mean lock jaw that is caused by an infection not by surgery...and hey if you live in the usa you can sue for anything so go for it
