What are the ramifications of a chronic infection in the sinus because of a perforation from a root canal?

My friend Al may fall very sick if he is not attended to immediately but there is no doctor who wants to attend to him in an ethical fashion because of fear of being implicated in a malpractice and obstruction of justice. Can we help him? This is both a legal and medical matter.

Al, who is a citizen of Canada, has been suffering in his own country from the effects of an apparent malpractice case which he wants to make against the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver. This is what happened:

He went innocently to the Reach Dental Clinic in Vancouver, which is a clinic in its own right but also allows students to practice there.

All Al wanted was to get a filling replaced. However, he came out of there with a root canal, unbeknownst to him, and to top it, the student who 'performed' this root canal did it wrongly and injured him for life.

Here is the address of the blog where we are building up the questions that affect Al::

Better get to a VERY GOOD sinus doctor FAST! Then sue the hell out of 'REACH'!
