Very bad teath?

I am 23 and last time I checked I needed all my top teath pulled and needed dentures that was when I was 19. I am so tired of people thinking I do METH. I know what you all are thinking but I have never touched the stuff. When I was little my mom did not make me brush my teath and only took me to the dentist when something hurt. I know have three of my front teath are broken below the gum line on top and I maybee have only 5 non broken teath on top. I am writing because I am very low income and I need to get this fixed. The dental clinic for low income familys charge more to remove a tooth then the reg clinics ( why that is I do not know).and they have a 5 year waiting list for dentures. So that is out of the question I would rather have some teeth then none. What can I do or were can i go. NO dentist here in my small town will see any one with out payment upfront. I have tried Social Sercices and due to my age they can not help me.

PLease help me I want to be pritty

Very bad teath?
Bless your heart! Is there a Dental College anywhere near where you live? They are always looking for people to 'practice' on and the charge is minimal. God bless!
Reply:wow you poor thing, look this is gonna sound nuts but i needed to get a tooth pulled and didn't have the money that the dentist over here were asking so my mom had gone to TJ, Mexico for her dentures...hers came out beautiful...and they pulled my tooth for $50 and no complications, the dentist went to scholl here in the States but practices in TJ....look into it it's not as bad as it seems
Reply:listen to graciegir advice.. great idea.. implants are good but expensive... find out also if there are any dentist who can do the job pro bono,, send letters to diffrent doctors and maybe one or a team of them can make a difference... keep on trying..
Reply:try a dental college, or http://everyonebenefits.com/40436527 it's only $11.95 per month
